If you could change one thing in your life...


What would it be?

Would you change your work, your health, the place where you live? Your relationship status, the way a certain relationship works, or your state of mind?

How would your life look like? How would it feel?

And what is preventing that change?

We all have things in our lives that aren't ideal. And those not ideal things bring up lots of feelings, often negative. 

And if those things have been around for some time, we usually have beliefs about those things and what it would take to change them.

And quite often those beliefs aren't true - but they certainly can feel like that!

And that's where the skill of letting go of negative feelings and limiting beliefs comes handy.

And sometimes we need some support in learning and using that skill, so we can start making the changes we want and start living the life we want.
